JetScope Limited Co. ("JetScope," "we," "us") operates this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, and how we use it.
What we collect
This website only collects what you choose to submit through its two forms:
- Inspection request: your name, company, phone number, email, preferred contact method, how urgently you need a response, and details about the aircraft and inspection you're requesting.
- Inspector application: your name, email, phone number, city, state and ZIP code, experience, certifications, engine families, travel willingness, availability date, and anything you choose to add, such as a LinkedIn link or resume files.
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the request form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that relationship — scheduling inspections, sending quotes and invoices, and related business communication. It's stored in our internal business systems (our CRM database and, once you're a customer, our accounting system).
Information submitted through the inspector application is used only to evaluate you for work with JetScope and to contact you about it. It's stored in our internal hiring records.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone.
- We don't share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- We only share it with the service providers that help us run our business operations (for example, the software we use to store customer records and process invoices) — never for their own independent use.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose it was collected for — generally, the duration of our customer relationship plus standard business record-keeping.
